A dynamic fusion of dance and acrobatics, Acro develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control while emphasizing seamless artistic expression. Dancers learn a progressive range of skills, including balancing tricks, inversions, limbering, tumbling, and flexibility training, all designed to enhance stage performance.
More than just executing tricks, Acro teaches dancers how to integrate athleticism with artistry, creating movement that is both powerful and fluid. This discipline challenges students to push their physical capabilities while maintaining proper technique, grace, and performance quality, building confident and versatile performers both on and off the stage.

Ballet is the foundation of our technical training, combining discipline, artistry, and technical excellence through a timeless vocabulary of movement performed with precision and grace. At Groove Studios 360, we proudly offer a Vaganova-based curriculum—the renowned Russian method celebrated for its emphasis on strength, alignment, musicality, and expressive artistry.
Our progressive training program is designed to develop strong, well-rounded dancers by building proper technique, body awareness, coordination, and performance quality at every level. Through consistent instruction and individualized guidance, students gain the technical foundation necessary to excel in ballet and support success across all western dance genres.
As dancers advance, they may be invited to begin Pointe training based on demonstrated strength, technique, alignment, maturity, and overall readiness. Pointe work is approached with care and intention, providing qualified dancers with the opportunity to further their classical ballet education while prioritizing safety and proper development.
At its core, ballet teaches discipline, perseverance, and artistry—qualities that serve as the foundation for every dancer's journey.

Hip Hop, often referred to as Street Dance, is a high-energy and expressive dance style that celebrates individuality, musicality, and creative freedom. Rooted in cultural expression and innovation, Hip Hop encourages dancers to develop their own unique movement voice while building confidence, coordination, rhythm, and performance skills.
Drawing from a rich history of street dance culture, our Hip Hop curriculum introduces dancers to a variety of foundational styles, including Breaking, House, Popping, Locking, and other contemporary street dance influences. Students explore grooves, textures, musical interpretation, freestyle concepts, and dynamic movement patterns while developing a deeper understanding of the culture and artistry that shape the style.
At Groove Studios 360, Hip Hop is about more than learning choreography—it's about discovering personal style, embracing authenticity, and finding your groove. Through challenging classes and creative exploration, dancers are empowered to take risks, push boundaries, and express themselves through powerful, grounded movement.

Lyrical is an expressive and emotionally driven dance style that blends the technical foundations of Ballet with the stylization of Jazz and the athleticism of Acro. Rooted in strong classical technique, this genre requires control, balance, and alignment to execute its signature fluidity and extended movement quality with grace and intention.
Often interpretive in nature, Lyrical choreography is designed to tell a story and connect deeply with music and emotion. Dancers explore breath-driven phrasing, musicality, and dynamic transitions to create performances that are both technically refined and artistically compelling.
At Groove Studios 360, our Lyrical program encourages dancers to move beyond steps and into storytelling. Designed for children who may still be in diapers or benefit from extra support, this class encourages active participation from a parent or caregiver, creating a shared learning experience.
Through playful movement activities, basic dance concepts, and imaginative exploration, dancers begin developing coordination, body awareness, rhythm, and social skills in a warm and nurturing environment. Each class is structured to support early childhood development while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love for movement.
At Groove Studios 360, we believe the earliest experiences in dance should be fun, supportive, and connection-driven—laying the foundation for lifelong creativity, confidence, and a joyful relationship with movement.

Tap dance transforms the dancer into both performer and musician. With shoes fitted with metal plates on the heel and toe, dancers create intricate, syncopated rhythms that bring music to life through movement. This dynamic and versatile style emphasizes precision, timing, and musical awareness, allowing dancers to explore a wide range of tempos, textures, and rhythmic patterns.
Tap challenges students to develop clarity, speed, coordination, and control while deepening their understanding of musicality and rhythm. Through structured progressions and creative combinations, dancers learn to produce sound as intentionally as movement, blending technique with expression.
At Groove Studios 360, Tap is taught as both an art form and a musical language. Dancers are encouraged to explore rhythm, individuality, and performance quality, resulting in choreography that is both aurally rich and visually captivating.

Active participation is essential, including contributing to class discussions, offering and receiving constructive feedback, and engaging fully in performance work.
At Groove Studios 360, we foster a collaborative and respectful environment where all students are expected to support one another as both performers and audience members. Through this shared commitment, students build confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation in the performing arts.
